Harsha Viji
Director
Harsha co-leads our global strategy and marketing functions. Before joining SBS, Harsha spent several years with leading management consultants McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey & Company, he worked with Fortune 500 clients in North America, Europe and Asia. on a wide range of strategic issues including outsourcing and operational effectiveness of their processes. He has also worked with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he has had extensive hands-on experience in accounting, audit and design of internal process controls.
Harsha is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and is an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
P S Raghavan
Director 
Raghavan has been heading SBS since its inception. He was also involved in setting up the Central Processing Unit and Shared Services Center for Sundaram Finance Ltd before his shift to SBS. Earlier, Raghavan was engaged in the auto finance operations of Sundaram Finance for over 15 years and was part of the SF team entrusted with the task of expanding the Company’s operations in some of the northern and western parts of India.
Prior to joining Sundaram Finance, Raghavan was attached to the banking industry serving one of the government-owned banks in the country for over 14 years. He was involved in retail banking and supervision of credit operations in certain regions.
While graduating in Commerce from the University of Kerala, India, he secured the First rank in the University.
S Sivakumar
Director 
Sivakumar has been with Sundaram Finance group since 1986 and has had stints in various capacities in functions such as accounting, treasury, credit, and logistics. Before joining the Group, he undertook assignments such as heading treasury & operations of a company abroad, practicing as a CA, and being part of accounting team at TV Sundram Iyengar & Sons Limited, Madurai. Currently, he heads Finance & Operations of Infreight Logistics Solutions Limited – an SF Group company.
Sivakumar is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Law.
