No two situations are identical, and we provide a “staged” transition process with multiple go/no-go points - we will escalate only after we are 100% comfortable with the delivery.
Real-world:
Our approach is proven and tested, and is an informed one based on our decades of experience with “real-world” processes. We understand processes are not perfectly documented or designed, and we work with what is available. This includes a practical approach to communication during the transition process, from daily chats, emails and queries to more structured “process reviews” that help surface and resolve issues quickly.
Rigorous:
Our tool-kit addresses the full range of transition issues including IT, connectivity, human resources, skills, training, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and communication between the on-shore and off-shore teams.
