We address quality in relation to customer requirements to achieve customer satisfaction. This is possible only when we are able to view quality requirements from Customer’s perspective and at the same time measure the performance the way the Customer does.
That is why we at PMC are focused to achieve our end goals by continuously striving towards Six Sigma Quality levels of performance. Continuous training, both formal and on the job, is imparted to our employees. Emphasis on quality and service are the key factors in all our training sessions. This motivates all around increase in performance levels and we encourage their suggestions for improvement on turn around time, simplification of process and improving focus on end goals.
