Integrity

Integrity covers honesty, transparency, authenticity & security of data / information.

These are threatened by modifying, removing, or misrepresenting existing data. The most serious threats to integrity and authenticity of information come from those entrusted with access privileges. Right from Employee selection through Data Management, covering processing, transmission, handling hard copies of documents we have built in several process controls which have adequately handled the integrity issues. We feel proud to highlight the fact that during our long & continuing association with our clients – Citibank and GE, we have not had even one instance of having to deal with an unpleasant situation. In fact Citibank has conducted various “Risk Audits” and we have been given a clean chit always.

Quality

Quality –arises from “the underlying conviction to completely satisfy customer needs at minimum cost levels”.

We address quality in relation to customer requirements to achieve customer satisfaction. This is possible only when we are able to view quality requirements from Customer’s perspective and at the same time measure the performance the way the Customer does.

That is why we at PMC are focused to achieve our end goals by continuously striving towards Six Sigma Quality levels of performance. Continuous training, both formal and on the job, is imparted to our employees. Emphasis on quality and service are the key factors in all our training sessions. This motivates all around increase in performance levels and we encourage their suggestions for improvement on turn around time, simplification of process and improving focus on end goals.

Turnaround Commitment

One of the main contributories to success in any service to the customers is delivery on time. Delayed delivery is Lost opportunity and it is very difficult to regain the confidence of the customers. Especially in Service Industry, time delay results in loss of business and the most successful business have been ones which have adhered to the delivery schedule as required by the Customer.

We at PMC have the reputation of meeting the very stringent requirements of MNCs like Citibank & GE, whose reputation for turnaround commitments are legendary. Based on mutually accepted time frames, we have been delivering on time always, if not earlier than the stipulated period, with absolutely no compromise on other key related factors like Integrity and Quality.

Scalability

The success or failure of any business is the speed at which it is able to adapt to the changing requirements which the business demands which generally is driven by Customer Requirements. If the Customer wants to scale up/ scale down the business, we should be able to do so immediately….as is expected of Service Providers who are generally the extended arm of the Customer. This is very critical to ensure Retention of Customers.

We have a reputation of scaling up facilities at the minimum possible time frame, be it setting up a full fledged state-of-the-art 100 seat facility for GE in Chennai in 45 days with BOT - (Build Operate Transfer) model or for upgrading the processing facility from 1000 applications a day to 2500 applications a day for Citibank Credit Cards within 15 days. We have stood up to the very testing requirements of our customers and will continue to extend the same to all our prospective customers also.
