PMC lays stress on continuous training of its employees at all levels. In addition to mandatory induction training, employees of PMC undergo a combination of technical and personal development skills training. PMC has access to its Group’s in-house training center manned by appropriately trained and qualified faculty.
Typically, our process agents undergo the following training schedule, before getting absorbed in our rolls:
- Class room training
- On the job training
- Written tests and interviews
On appointment, periodic tests would track the proficiency of process agents and help in deciding training interventions required. |
